"Moon Shot" Charcuterie Board is made from Black Walnut and the "Disk" inlays are Maple.
Black walnut is known for its durability and hardness, making it suitable for both cutting, slicing and serving. Walnut's grain is beautiful and distinctive with rich patterns.
The design of this Charcuterie Board was inspired by the movement of objects along a path and it's size changes if a photo were taken at even intervals. Like the Moon traveling through the night sky. Calculating sizes and spacing was interesting.
